Most of us don’t know how a job is playing a major role in our lives. What are learn from jobs? We mostly only concern with money earned by a job.
What do we learn from jobs?
Every person knows what is a job. Each person has its own definition. Jobs is a work done by you for your hiring company/organization and in return you get something. And what is that something? This is what we will elaborate in detail below:
1. Jobs and Money:-
First, we get Real money from our work. Not only the money but real money against your efforts in your job. This is a very great achievement if we got real money from our job. But do not only reply to money in your job, but you will also get bored soon if your only purpose is to earn money. Because you can earn money from a lot of other sources like your investment, your business etc.
One interesting thing is that the organizations that do not support any type of extra activities or fun for their employees cannot run longer as compared to others which especially arrange such type of events.
It does not mean that money is not important. Money is very important and useful because you eat with that, you live with that and you pay your bills with that money but not money is at all for any person’s good life. Other’s factor must be included which we will describe later.
This is the reason that most people trying to get government jobs because in government sectors although the pay (money) is less that Private jobs but it gives a lot more thing which is very beneficial and mandatory of a person’s live and for their family life.
2. Job gives us a Respect:-
Isn’t nice to hear “thank you” once in a while? Others feels the same way. We earned respect from our job. This is the great thing, really. It is also possible one from two persons get respect working in the same filed. If you got this then it is very great achievement.
This give you an inner peace and self-confidence when you get respect due to your work. And it the God’s gift for you and you must keep that.
And never ever do the wrong thing under the shelter of your respect which people gives you.
Jobs like Labor jobs, workers jobs are getting more negligence as compared to HR jobs or any other white color jobs. Companies which gives respect to all their employees getting more profit than others.
It is mainly said that “if you give respect then you will get”.
3. Jobs build Social Links:-
We build social link due to our work. This is also called PR or social bank, people bank. Due to your great work thousands of people are really interacting with you.
No one denies the importance of social links in your life. It helps you start and even grow your career.
4. Jobs gives you an Identity:-
Job is your identity. You can also say that it is a brand of you. Whatever you do it is called your brand, and it is very beautiful.
5. Learn from Job as a student:-
Learning, we learn a lot from you job. Whenever we get an opportunity we learn from job. And learning gives us a power. One thing I have notices, most of the people use their teachings in their life what they have learnt from job.
6. Job keeps you busy:-
Very important is business, you do not know if you are free you are very unlucky and it is very dangerous. If you are totally a free person then you and animals are not different. We have our job, our task minimum. A lot of your life tough time passed away due to your job.
7. Jobs & Health:-
Mind and physical muscles become stronger as compared to a free persons (non-job-persons). A lot of great people cannot live without work. Even your social interaction for a task is you activity or you job.
8. Jobs gives you Self Confidence:-
You get a great self-confidence. You feels that you are building something. What we learn from job is our power.
9. Job gives you Independent:-
You become a giving persons not a taking persons when you have a job. It will be a lecture or any type of social help. You invest in yourself as well as for other people.
